We are a unit existing in MIDC Taloja for a very long time. Due to our being a multiple unit company, our local teams were only off and on interacting with Mr. Shetty. Upon lockdown with me getting involved in the micro management of our Taloja unit we joined the Association.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of hand holding and activities the association and Mr. Shetty was doing and continues to do so. We have not seen any other association in the other 7 zones we work in function so efficiently and with so much personal care.

I would personally like to thank Mr. Shetty and other office bearers for the hand holding, guidance and efforts thru the lockdown and thereon also without which we would have been at sea as to re starting. Fantastic local efforts in the form of charity and assistance is also some thing seen rarely and reflects the maturity and long term vision of the team.

We are thankful to Shri Ajit Pawar, Shri Satish Shetty Anna, and MIDC for providing an additional Truck Terminal at Taloja MIDC. This move will definitely decongest traffic in the area and also reduce accidents.
TIA has been doing superlative work for the growth and benefit of the industries. I would like to add here that industries in Taloja are proud to be associated with TIA, especially because of Anna's super prompt and Proactive support.
In return, we should also help TIA by speaking to our neighbouring industries and making them Association members of TIA.

If MIDC is not in position to supply water to industry then let them permit atleast to install borewell with rainwater returning into the borewell.
Irony is that despite no water for almost 75% of the month; bill are issued with minimum water charges & they never reduce. What are we paying for??
Whenever we complaint to MIDC office they release water for 1 or 2 hrs & again we are back to same situation.
Despite several complaints there is no respite in the situation. There seems to be lack of will at MIDC office to provide basic facilities to industries otherwise how come there no water supply for weeks??
All our complaints are falling to deaf ears. Satishji you are the only hope for the industry it seem....kindly take up this matter on priority.

We have inhuman conditions at our Factory. Washrooms stink because there is no water supply. Tanker is also not available,but anyhow managed to get a tanker for water supply but it is not fit for drinking.
Keeping production loss aside, we need to provide basic necessities to worker at our premises. Why are we paying water charges to MIDC when at most of the times we have no water supply ?
Only TIA can solve this problem-PLEASE CALL FOR A MEETING WITH MIDC CEO OR INDUSTRIES MINISTER ON PRIORITY. Junior officers at MIDC are simply ignoring the problem. Instead of replying they are just keeping mum.
It shows their ignorance .

Bills raised by Panvel Mahan RCCagar Palika are so enormous that Industries are finding it extremely difficult to pay up. In most cases, the final bill raised by PMC is atleast 5 times more than the previous bill.

As your relation with the Government Machinery is so impactful, kindly fix a meeting with the Chief Minister or Deputy Chief Minister (Maharashtra) as soon as possible.

You are the only ray of final hope for us.

There is strong Nexus of tanker mafia's and MIDC staff.
As this water shortage is deliberately done to force industries to buy water from tankers . It is a huge revenue model for tankers and others who are involved in helping them.
